5. Limitations and Disclaimer
5.1 We cannot guarantee that: • all insurers or comparison websites will return results • the prices we find will be the same when you visit the provider’s website • results displayed on third-party sites are accurate or up to date 5.2 All quotations are subject to the provider’s own terms, underwriting criteria, pricing mechanisms, and data availability. These factors are completely outside our control. 5.3 To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for: • changes in insurance prices • your decisions based on the information we provide • any financial loss resulting from purchasing, failing to purchase, or being unable to purchase insurance • errors arising from inaccurate information provided
6. Fees & Payment
6.1 Any fees payable for our Service are administrative charges for time, labour, and data-processing only. They are not commissions or payments for the sale of insurance. 6.2 All fees are non-refundable All fees paid for our Service are non-refundable once payment has been submitted. This is because the fee covers our time, labour, and administrative work. We do not provide refunds in cases where: • you change your mind after accepting results of a search • you decide not to proceed with any insurance quote that is accepted • you later obtain different prices elsewhere However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund or partial refund as an act of goodwill. Any such gesture does not constitute a waiver of this policy and does not obligate us to provide refunds in the future.
